In attempting to winterize my travel trailer, I followed the steps to pump
anti-freeze into the lines but it will not suck out of the bottle, any suggestions?

Did you change the direction of the valve, so it sucks from the bottle and not your fresh water tank?

I had the same problem. It didn't seem to want to "prime" until I poured a bit of anti-freeze into the tube, then it picked up quite well.
