I use a heavy duty tin foil and have my veggies and meat of choice cut up prier to heading out the door.

Stay away from grease producing meats like hamburger and sausage...

We like chicken, beef chunks, pork chunks...veggies n potatoes of choice

Spray foil before you put in veggies and chunks of meat, I love to use a pam spray that is olive oil. Season with what you like for spices and place over a low camp fire to "simmer". Turn your package of foil wrapped food over atleast twice in an hour to cook correctly. Check meat after an hour...mine is always done by then but I do cut the meat into about one inch pieces.
