Lions and Tigers and Bears!

I saw one reference to 'wildlife' namely a bear. Just how prevalent are wild things in Rocky Mountain RV sites (not the boondocking type)? How worried about my dogs do I have to be as they like to sleep outside (penned, of course) at night? I remember as a kid camping in the Cascades and bears would come into the camp sites on a food raid. Never did sleep really well. kaykaydee
