Everyone have a good weekend?

We did, although we didnt do a lot of anything.

It was low 60's here saturday, and hit 70 and sunny yesterday. What a nice weekend. BUT, its going to be a high of 40 tomorrow, so its not spring yet. :comfort_:

Thats just good ol Tennessee weather for you.

Everyone else have a good weekend?

Ahhh, my weather was SLIGHTLY different! It was -2 on Friday morning and we had a foot of snow by Friday night. We were planning on going to the high school for the musical "The Wiz" on Friday, but it was cancelled.

We did go to the show yesterday though and it was AWESOME!!!!!

Crazy how the weather is so drastically different when your 500 miles away from somewhere. We had a good weekend too. Went out to dinner, cleaned house, did some shopping, nothing too exciting, but it was a good weekend.

Funny you should ask. the weather was great. Saturday was around the 0 mark. My brother and sister are very active in community theatre and they had a play this weekend called Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. It was really awesome. My sister had the lead role as the Narrator and my brother played 2 different rolls which was really funny. I took my daughter for this one. This was her first play like this and she loved it.
That was the good part of the weekend. We went to Wendy's for lunch and as we were leaving, I backed the truck out of the parking space and backed up into a drive thru directional sign an smashed the back window of the Explorer. I didn't really see it as the back window was pretty dirty due to the salt on the roads. Oops! Expensive fix to. $2000.00 to fix it. To top off the weekend on Saturday my mother was in a car accident. A Ford F350 was backing out of a drive way and right into the side of my mother’s car. Her window was smashed out too. The door and frame (B-Pillar) front fender and the hood is all smashed in. She's fine but really ticked off. She had the car in the garage because she needed a new starter and other work done on it, had the car back after a week of not having it, four days later this happens.
Other than that ...........I had a great weekend. :)

Good weekend, just not long enough as usual. $2000 for a back window, holy smokes

That is robbery. I had to replace one in a truck a year or so ago, it was only like $250 installed

I am sorry about the window. It sounds like it was fun other than that. A show to see must have been entertaining. Family on stage, I am there. My daughter does the talent show at school every year. This year they are singing together. I always keep the programs.

Well the $2000 was the quoted price. They forgot that Michelle works for Ford and we get discounted pricing. The truck is all fixed up and they did a great job cleaning up all the glass that was in the back. Well it ended up costing me $1400.00 and because I wasn't going thru the insurance (I've made a claim last spring because some jack ass thought it was funny to key the hood of the truck) they trimmed down the price a bit more for me. That was nice. The glass has the heating element inside along with the latch and all the holes for the hinges and the wiper motor and the window is the privacy glass which is tinted. I guess that’s why it's so expensive. Well at least now I know, if I ever lock my keys in the car, don't go thru the back window. LOL I'll take out of the side ones. LOL.
The show was very entertaining. I was very proud of everyone in the show. They did a really great job.
I'm hoping that this weekend is a lot better!

I went to that one last year and your right it did suck I found that the one at the toronto congress centre was way better. The one just off hwy 27. The have 2 shows a year and one of the sucked but the other one was awesome. I think it the spring one that was the better of the two. I really like looking at those Northlanders. Really nice. I'm not ready for that one just yet though.
