Home prepared tacos (burritos)

Precook bison (or beef) roast in crock pot.
Shred meat and add taco meat seasoning (see Santa Cruz Chili & Spice Co.), bell pepper and onion and cook together in pan.

Peel and cube potatoes and boil until done but firm. Drain water and add oregano

Wrap both meat mister and potatoes in a large tortilla harina

Wrap in aluminum foil.

At the campsite, the taco can be heated on the camp fire or in a stove, or removed from the foil and microwaved.:vs_OMG:

I usually hold the taco in my right hand and a bottle of picante sause in the other
