Reciprocal Friendships Between Users

Users can now request that people on their buddy list confirm their friendship, after which time a person's list of confirmed friends will be viewable to other users.

By going to your UserCP area, you can now establish friends and contacts. You can invite others, or others can send you an invite.

When someone vists your profile page, they will also see your friends list.

Public Messaging

While private messages between users have been available, there is now a public messaging system, allowing users to communicate publicly via their profile pages.

You will see this option when visiting another users profile page.

User Picture Galleries

Now create albums and upload pictures to your account.

The ability to view these albums and pictures can be limited by the user to just board staff and people on their buddy list if they want privacy, or open to everyone.

These pictures can also be added to any groups you may be a member of.

You can start using uploading your photos by visiting your UserCP area, and click on the Pictures and Albums section.

You can also get to your albums by clicking on the Quick Links tab and selecting Pictures and Albums.

To further social cohesion between users and to encourage people to make friends, we have a new facility to allow users to create their own social/interest groups.

These groups are enhanced by having their own public messaging system, and the ability to add pictures to the group from user albums.

You may want to create a group for you local camping area or state group. Or you may want to create a group for Tent Campers Only, or Folding Trailers, etc.. The possibilities are unlimited.

To access groups, click on Quick Links, Social Groups.

New Member Profile Page

The member profile page has been completely redesigned.

The new page presents information in a far cleaner and more logical manner, while dividing up information into manageable chunks using a tabbed interface.

Individual profile field categories can be displayed alone in blocks in the right column, in addition to appearing by default in the 'About Me' tab.
