Perhaps, I'm simply not entitled to do that, but I cannot set my avatar. Even if make the picture 60p and less than 3Kb, I still receive an error message.

Are they merely not a thing here?

There are no restrictions for avatars. It's just a conflict with the image settings. I'm sending this up to tech. Hang tight for a fix!
