I love this recipe made it on several different camping trips. Everyone loved it.

2 lb Hamburger
1 Can stewed tomatoes
1 Can corn
8 oz Elbow macaroni
1/2 c Chopped onions
1 c Water
1/4 lb Longhorn cheddar cheese

Brown beef in dutch oven, kettle, or skillet. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, corn, macaroni, and water. Cook until done. Just before serving add cheese.

That's one that I love, too. It is one of those foods they call "comfort food". When I am really down or it is one of those lazy, dreary days, I love making this to eat for supper.

I substitute mine with the Soy Meat (it is not really meat, it is soybeans that look like hamburger) and I add some red onion, celery and mushrooms.

Then everything else is the same as yours. But it tastes so yummy, my mouth waters when cooking it.
