In a saute pan you can fry these guys with a high flash point oil like canola.

Take shrimp what ever size you like ( I like to use 8/12)

I use Flour
1/2bottle of dark beer
Cajun Season
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne Pepper

Mix together to make a slightly thick paste then dip shrimp and saute till golden brown.
