Southern tried, southern approved :icon_smile_bbq:
3 or 4 pound whole beef bologna
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup mustard
Put small slits to one side of the bologna, almost like x's, 1/4" or so. (Learned that one on a cooking video)
Coat the whole thing with the mustard, soy sauce and brown sugar rear good.
Cook with indirect heat, 250 degrees for about 3 hours or so.
