Anybody else here use ah-so sauce on chicken and pork, and, of course, on the :icon_smile_bbq: ? It's awesome!

It takes a little extra cleaning of the grill, but it's worth it.

Have not heard of that one, used allegro and dales before. I also use Wickers alot or prok, mainly ribs. Is it like a bbq sauce, or a marinade?

It's that reddish colored sweet-n-sour Chinese sauce.

There is also the Chinese sausage that we love to eat, also.

I will try that, never used it before. I like trying chicken in different ways to break the same ol same ol routine. Is this similar to the sauce they cook with in the restaurants, or something completely different?
