went up on the roof today to clean it (manufacturer says it is walkable) and found a hole in the membrane. only about half an inch cut, don't know if a limb fell on it or what but the OSB was just starting to swell from moisture. used Eternabond so should be good as new, water damage was minamal, not enough to worry about. glad i found it when i did. checking the roof should be right up there with checking the air in your tires. IMO anyway.

I have a collapsible ladder I use to reach the top of my slide so I can clean off any debris. While I am up there I always give a visual of the roof also.

You never know for sure if a limb has fallen while you were not there.

Good insurance step I think.

Re-a good reason to walk on your roof

Yes it is good to check your RV roof regularly once in a month. If there is any leakage problem in RV ROOF then LiquidRubberRoofing by epdmcoatings is best to overcome all roof leakage issues.
