I know there are simple ways to make the air cooler in your tent. I found these tricks here https://backyard54.com/p/how-to-keep...-in-summer/217 , and I hope they help you cope with the heat on your hike. Also, I would be interested to know what methods of cooling the tent worked well for you and what tricks turned out to be useless in this.
