![]() Hi, there.
My wife and I have been used a Sundome tent from Coleman for the last 3 years. I can say that this one can be a wise choice. Great for family and easy to set up. Last year this tent survived a thunderstorm with high winds and heavy rain popped up. It stayed up and was dry. We were inside it during the storm and we felt safe in it. For it's price Sundome is enough good quality. |

![]() Thank you for telling us about your experience. I haven't used it yet. I just saw it at www.bobsop.com/best-camping-tent-reviews/
Anyway, I will also give a try. |

![]() If you want a floored tent, I would recommend Hilleberg as well.
However, if you are ok with a floor less tent, I would strongly consider looking at Kifaru's options. They are very lite weight and you can add a stove to them if needed. Their Sawtooth shelter, which can handle the winds mentioned is perfect for two people with gear. |

![]() I'm pretty sure someone considering an Ozark Trail tent isn't going to shell out the bucks for a Hilleberg. Hell... I'm definitely a fan of buying quality and even I can't justify that kind of expenditure, even though they are top of the line.

Throw a 5x7 tarp over it and you have a bit of extra protection and a place to store some gear. |

![]() I can't quite get the point how you decide betweeb 10 person cabin tent and small 3 -person tent that arguably fit 3 people ( 2 adults and gear I guess)
However, I had an experience with Ozark Trail and admit it does its job pretty well. I got it put together myself and it's really hard to do especially when the wind is blowing. But it wasn't bad at all. Don't even need a manual if you have ever put a tent together. We had two queen size air mattresses with room to spare. Obviously there are better tents out there and you can pay the $ for them but bang for the buck you arnt going to beat this. https://wildproofgear.com/best-cabin-tents/ - sure you can find something less heavy or with better ventilation. The same cabin tent by Coleman Weathermaster offers much space and costs just extra $30. But weighs 4 lbs more than the Ozark Trail. |

![]() The only tent that is placed with my truck is this https://www.allmoparparts.com/sku/82209878.html. It's only for jeep owners but would like to ask if any jeep owners also own a roof tent? What specific brand is most durable. I am planning to still use my jeep ground tent and at the same time have a rooftop so the kids could play around.
