Last camping trip hubby decided that choc bar, marshmallow and peanut butter should be cooked between two slices of buttered bread in a pie iron. That was one heavenly sandwich!!

Looking for something else yummy? Cook any kind of dough the same way or better yet in a pie iron, throw in a paper lunch bag and dump in cinn/sugar or powdered sugar or whatever and shake it...

If you don't already have them, buy pie irons. As long as you have bread and butter you can put just about anything in them and the kids will always have something to eat. We've used ours...

Just my two cents worth!

I would consider a small motorhome, towing a small vehicle or motorcycle behind it for daytrips or quick runs to the market while camping. The other possibility is a truck camper....hardly any setup...
