Crispy Garlic Chicken
I make this because it's easy and everyone eats it!! Here's all you need...
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts (as many as you need)
Jar of mayo
Mix all ingredients in a bowl making sure the dry stuff is incorporated in the mayo well. Take each breast and dip in the bowl making sure you cover it completely. Set it on a plate or flat pan and let it sit for about 10 minutes to adhere well. Then simply place it on the grill or fire grate or even the oven. Cook on a low flame until the garlic gets nice and crusty. I also use a thermometer to make sure the chicken is done inside. It should be around 170' inside to assure it's cooked well. Salt and pepper to taste after cooked.
