Default waffles

Waffles are awesome for camping. If you have a waffle iron you can pre-make them and freeze them at home and then keep them in your cooler and just toast them over the fire in one of those toast maker things. And don't forget the maple syrup and only the real stuff will do. mmmmmm...

You don't have to have them for just breakfast either.... (waffles and chicken anyone?)

I also like butter on mine too.

Good ole pancakes on the campstove -- cast iron griddle is also hard to beat! Always eat your waffles and pancakes with a bit of peanut-butter on your fork!!

A camping friend also introduced us to -- put a tiny little bit of Vanilla into your batter. Wow -- just makes them pop!

Yummm!!!!! Let's hook-up the trailer!

Mmm. Camping food. Man, you guys have the ideas here! I'm going to try vanilla in my next pancake batter! Along with my thick, not crispy, bacon I just finished posting about.
