Corned Beef Hash
This is a quick meal ideal on cold days. You just need a frying pan and a normal 2 or 3 pint pan. Hope you understand what corned beef is. We have it over here (Fray Bentos?).
One small tin of corned beef
1 stock cube
Peel and chop potatoes and boil until soft. Use knife to swiftly chop into small pieces (not mashed)
Put stock cube in a large cup and add boiling water and stir
Fry onion and corned beef for about 5 minutes. Add half the cup of stock and fry for a further minute or two.
Add onion/corned beef mixture to potatoes over a low light and stir altogether until all mixed together
Serve with pickled red cabbage or other pickles to your liking, although not pickled onions:) and enjoy
