Default Vacation plans... that don't involve camping.

Does anyone have a vacation planned this summer that doesn't involve camping?

We are cutting back with the economy in shambles and have decided to save money by making the camping trips our vacation.

We used to go to Ocean City every summer for a week, but this year we are going to save the money.

We are going to take a trip to D.C. in June for a four day weekend, but we are using our hotel frequent stay points and sitting through a time-share pitch to go for super cheap. Yes... I am terribly tight with my money!!!

We dont have much planned this year, as we will be quite busy with new additions .

We always have at least one trip, to florida, gulf shores, or somewhere like that. Oh well, I will envy everyone elses vacations this year.

Oh Todd!!! I will envy 20 tiny toes and 20 tiny fingers!!!!! I hope the Mrs. is doing well!!!

You are getting a VERY special membership into the parents of twins club!!!! So worth skipping a vacation this year!

I agree, it will be well worth missing a vacation this year! The boss (wife) is doing good, she has her moments. Trying to get things in order at the house, and she was working a little too much, had a few contractions, which we didnt like being 3 months away still. But everything seemed to calm back down now, just have to keep it that way.

Yeah, adding twins will keep everything calm

I can't remember the last time I had a vacation that didn't involve camping - I guess going out of town for weddings would be it.

We havent decided what we will do this year, other than camping. I think we may go somewhere July 4th timeframe, maybe the mountains somewhere, something different. So many places, so little money....I mean time
