How was your first outing? Do share your experiences. Or is it still in the planning phase. Pic, I guess is the destination? Getting a social life together is when you hang out with your friends or family mmebers. Organize your outing . Set up things necessary for the plan to happen.

This was actually our second campground of the weekend. We traveled about an hour and a half to one cg, set up camp. Took down the next morning and went two more hours and set up again for the second night. Got up, packed up and came home the third day. First time we've done that, and it'll prolly be the last. Id much rather go someplace and set up and be done with it, but hey, ya gotta try new stuff sometimes.

Would have been wonderful had we stayed in one cg for the weekend. We couldnt decide on which one of two cg's to try out, so we just did both of them. Hows that for stopping short of a coin toss? lol

It has been too hot for me.

I usually do most of my camping in the fall and winter. I am planning a camping week in October! I can barely wait.

Agreed! Cricket. We do most of ours in Spring and Fall, don't camp a lot in the excessive hot or cold. Getting about ready to go at it again! Like you, I can hardly wait, and have been known to slip out to the camper in the backyard ocassionally! lol
