Super quiet, long lasting, and inexpensive.

Cons:

Doesn't have it's own fan, but buying a battery operated one fixes this.

I love to buy things that I can use for more than just camping. This heater works great in my greenhouse. If I turn it down to the lowest setting, I can get three nights out of each one-pound propane cylinder in my greenhouse.
In a tent, the only thing to consider is that the heat rises straight up. Putting it in the middle of the tent with a tent fan in top of the dome is the best for heat dispersion, but you have to make sure you aren’t going to roll on it in the middle of the night and tip it over. It is wise to put it on top of a heavy cooler and anchor it to the lid with bungee cords or use a C clamp to clamp the base of the heater to the lid of the cooler.
It doesn’t have a low oxygen shut-off, so I wouldn’t recommend using it in a camper where it would be unlikely to have fresh air supply seeping in.
