I happen to live in the most beautiful place to camp in Colorado, Arrowhead. I have lived here 12 years, in a log home, but my neighbors are in campers and RV's, since you can camp here indefinitely with no timeline for building. I happen to own several lots (acres) that I want to sell to campers, so call me at 970-862-8224. My name is Cathy and have 2 lots for $58,000 and one for $185,000. I have lived at Arrowhead, halfway between Aspen and Telluride for 12 years. My neighbors are RV's and campers, since you can camp indefinitely, without a timeline for building. I have 3 lots (acres) left, two at $58,000 and one at $185,000 with a killer view of the SW San Juan Mountain range. You can easily drive up the 5 miles to Arrowhead from Hwy 50, drive onto your lot, camp Spring, Summer and Fall from about May-October each year. We get lots of snow in the winter, so you must remove your camper before the roads close. I live here year-round in a log home, so I'm here all the time. We have 60' tall aspen and spruce and are heavily treed for your privacy. Fishing for trout is available in stocked lakes here, and hunting is next door in BLM Areas 66-67.
